ZG-90 Anti Rust Paint 500ml Various Colours - Red

ZG-90 are zinc phosphate enhanced paints which prime and top-coat in one application.

Provides a superior combination of good drying time, great coverage, and solid opacity.

Demonstrates superior corrosion protection (meets ISO 12944-2, cat C3, tested to ASTM B117) and adhesion (tested to ISO 2409:0).

The paints are RAL matched for accurate and consistent colour reproduction with a longlasting satin finish.

Applications

General fabrication: Use on bare, degreased metal to provide an effective, colour-matched finish with good long-term protection.
Facility maintenance: use for repairing and maintaining fences, metal sheets, air conditioning units and ducting.
Complementary Products: TF-90 for surface degreasing, MZ-90 for a 2-layer anticorrosion system for Cathodic protection.

Direcrions for Use

1. Use in a well ventilated area.


2. Ensure that the surface to be coated is clean, dry and free from grease. Remove any rust and scale with a wire brush.


3. ZG-90 contains solids which settle during storage: shake the can vigorously until the agitator ball is free and continue shaking for a further minute.


4. Apply in light, even coats - best results are obtained with 2 light coats, rather than one heavy coat.


5. Additional coats can be applied after 15-20 minutes.


6. When spraying is finished, clean the aerosol valve by turning the can upside down and spray until only propellant escapes.


7. Do not use on the inside of water storage tanks.
