WB-90 Water Based Anti-Spatter 500ml

WB-90 is a highly effective water-based weld anti-spatter with built in flash rust inhibitor.

It's enhanced 'low risk' formulation means that there are no hazard symbols on the can, and it is safer to use than traditional solvent spatter releases.

It is solvent free, silicone free, and non-flammable.

Ideal for ise on all work pieces being prior to welding, preventing spatter adhesion and allowing easy post-welding removal.

WB-90 should also be used on tools, equipment, clamps, and surrounding surfaces to prevent spatter build up.

After welding has finished, WB-90 does not always require removal prior to post-welding coating, planing, or painting, and is completely removed during the cleaning and pickling process of hot-dip galvanising.

Applications

WB-40 is a specialist weld anti-spatter for use on ferrous metal undergoing welding.
WB-90 can also be used on all surfaces, tools, clamps, nozzles and work pieced that may be subject to hot spatter contact.

Directions of Use

1. Shake well before use.


2. Apply a thin, even film.


3. Spatters can be removed with a wire brush.


4. Protect aerosol against heat sources, e.g., welding spatters.
