Description
High-Performance Wax Protection
Würth Wax Undercoating Plus is a professional-grade, solvent-containing, wax-based protective coating engineered for use on vehicle bodywork and metallic surfaces. Once applied, the film remains permanently elastic, offering a self-healing property that closes minor abrasions and maintains consistent protection.
Chemical Compatibility and Resistance
The coating is specially formulated to be compatible with paint, rubber, and PVC, making it safe to apply across complex assemblies. Its robust composition provides resistance against spray water, salt water, weak acids, and alkali, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environmental and road conditions.
Efficient and Durable Application
With its high solids content and VOC-reduced formulation, Würth Wax Undercoating Plus delivers superior coverage and adhesion while minimising environmental impact. It adheres strongly to metallic substrates and remains stable over time, even in demanding conditions.
Practical Use in Corrosion-Prone Areas
This undercoating is particularly suited for areas of vehicle bodywork that are highly vulnerable to corrosion, including sheet metal seams, folds, flanges, edges, and open surfaces. It provides long-lasting stability, reducing the risk of structural damage caused by moisture and contaminants.
