Description

Multi-Purpose Pre-Treatment

Würth Varioprimer is a versatile, high-performance primer developed to improve adhesion in replacement glazing applications. Designed as a 4-in-1 solution, it functions as an adhesion agent, corrosion inhibitor, activator, and UV protection for adhesives, making it suitable for a wide range of automotive and body repair applications.

Adhesion Promotion and Protection

The primer is black and moisture-hardening, providing strong adhesion for window adhesives applied to glass, ceramic silkscreen printing, lacquer, and metal surfaces. On bare metals, it acts as a reliable corrosion protection layer, preventing rust and ensuring long-lasting bonding.

Activator Properties

Würth Varioprimer also serves as an activator for trimming (remaining bead) and for use on PU/PVC pre-coated windows, ensuring clean bonding and optimum compatibility.
