Powerful Cleaning for Intake and Throttle Systems
Würth Throttle Valve Cleaner is a hydrocarbon-based, fast-acting cleaning solution designed for removing dirt, oil vapours, and carbon deposits from throttle valves, carburetters, and intake system components. Over time, deposits build up and restrict airflow, causing poor throttle response, rough idling, and increased emissions.

By dissolving these deposits, the cleaner restores full air intake efficiency, leading to:

Petrol Engine Specific
This cleaner is suitable for all petrol engines, both 2-stroke and 4-stroke. For diesel systems, only use on removed injection nozzles.

Application Instructions
- Switch the engine off.
- Generously spray all contaminated components (throttle valve, carburettor, intake areas, bores, nozzles).
- Allow the cleaner to act for 2-3 minutes to dissolve deposits.
- Restart the engine and let it run for approx. 30 seconds.
- While the engine runs, spray into the intake and throttle valve area, slightly raising RPM to help loosen and remove deposits.
Usage Notes
- For certain throttle valve units, removal may be required to optimally clean the underside of the throttle valve.
- Suitable only for petrol engines.
- When used on diesel engines, apply only to removed nozzles.
- Prevent overspray on sensitive painted or plastic surfaces.
