Comprehensive Underbody Protection
Würth Stone Guard is a high-performance protective coating designed for application on the underbody of cars and commercial vehicles. Once applied, it forms a durable, flexible barrier that shields against corrosion, moisture, road salt, stone chipping, and other environmental influences.
Paintable for Added Corrosion Resistance
Unlike conventional underbody coatings, this sealant can be painted over using all standard painting methods. This allows for an additional layer of corrosion protection and ensures seamless integration with OEM finishing systems. For best results with 2C paints, a primer is recommended before painting.
Noise Dampening Properties
The elastic structure of the coating not only provides excellent sealing and adhesion but also helps to reduce road noise by acting as a sound insulator.
Reliable Adhesion on Multiple Surfaces
The synthetic resin dispersion formula ensures strong bonding to a wide range of substrates, including factory finishes, metals, and previously coated surfaces.

Application Instructions
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease or rust.
- Mask off any areas not intended for coating.
- Shake product thoroughly before use.
- Apply evenly from a distance of approx. 30cm.
- Avoid heavy build-up or uneven spraying.
- The underbody seal can be painted over after 60-90 minutes.
- For 2C paints, apply a primer before painting.
- Full drying time: approx 120 minutes.
Usage Notes
- Do not apply on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from hear sources.
