Description

Specialised Bonding for PVC and Construction Materials

Würth Stamcoll N55 Adhesive is a nitrile natural rubber-based contact adhesive designed for bonding Stamiscol overlaps, PVC foils, and connections to roofs and facades. Its formulation provides excellent adhesion to PVC films, mineral building substrates, wood, chipboard, and similar materials, making it a versatile solution for construction and facade applications.

High Plasticiser Resistance

One of its key advantages is its resistance to plasticiser migration, which prevents weakening of the bond and ensures long-term durability in demanding environments.

Chemical and Environmental Resistance

Stamcoll N55 exhibits excellent resistance to a variety of substances, including diluents, oils, petrol, diluted acids, and lyes. This ensures reliable performance even in chemically exposed or industrial environments.

Temperature-Resistant and Flexible

The adhesive remains stable and flexible across a broad temperature range of -40°C to 80°C, ensuring secure bonding in both hot and cold climates.
