Description
High-Efficiency Spot Cleaning
Würth Stain Remover is a powerful, fast-acting solvent formulation designed to dissolve and lift stubborn hydrocarbon-based stains such as tar, oil, grease, and lubricants. It flashes off cleanly to avoid tide marks, making it suitable for targeted spot removal where clean edges are critical.
Material Compatibility and Use Cases
Engineered for solvent-resistant substrates, the product can be used on metals and many automotive interior materials when compatible. Typical applications include upholstery, headliners, carpets, textiles, and trim components where oily contamination is present. Always verify compatibility on a hidden area before full application, as not all textiles or coatings are solvent-resistant.
Professional Performance
The cleaner’s rapid penetration reduces dwell time and mechanical agitation, minimising fibre disturbance and helping preserve the original appearance of treated areas.
Safety and Handling Considerations
Classified as a combustible liquid with potential for skin irritation and central nervous system effects from vapour exposure, the product must be used with adequate ventilation and appropriate PPE. See safety notes below.
