Application Instructions

  1. Ensure that all parts to be bonded are dry and free from dust, grease, or other contaminants.
  2. Shake the can well before use.
  3. Spray an even, thin film onto both surfaces to be bonded, keeping a spraying distance of 20-25cm.
  4. Allow a flash-off time of 5-10 minutes before pressing the surfaces together.
  5. For absorbent materials, apply multiple passes until the surface is fully saturated.
  6. After use, invert the can and spray until the valve is clear to prevent nozzle blockage.

Usage Notes

  • When bonding hard foam/styrofoam, test the adhesive first on a small, hidden area and wait at least 60 minutes to check for any reaction or surface cratering.
  • Not suitable for soft PVC, PVC films, or particle board cutting edges.
  • Store in original packaging. Shelf life is 12 months from production.
