In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection. 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

By pre-treating repair areas with this primer, technicians can achieve stronger, more durable bonds that ensure long-lasting repair quality.

Convenient Spray Application

Supplied in an easy-to-use 200 ml aerosol can, the primer allows quick and consistent application. The fine spray pattern ensures uniform coverage across the substrate, minimising waste and reducing preparation time.

Fast and Efficient Processing

With a short flash-off time of only five minutes at 23°C, Replast Plastic Primer integrates seamlessly into workshop workflows. Once applied and cured, the surface is optimised for immediate adhesive application, ensuring reliable results without unnecessary delays.

Versatile Use

Designed for compatibility with most common plastics used in automotive bodywork and interior components. Preliminary compatibility tests are recommended to confirm suitability for specific substrates.

Application Instructions

  1. Shake the can thoroughly before use.
  2. Prepare the plastic surface by ensuring it is clean, dry, and free of grease or contamination.
  3. Hold the aerosol vertically and spray a thin, even layer of primer from a distance of approximately 30cm.
  4. Allow the primer to flash off for at least 5 minutes at 23°C before applying adhesive.
  5. Proceed with bonding using Würth Replast plastic adhesive.

Usage and Safety Notes

  • Always perform preliminary compatibility tests on the substrate.
  • Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid inhaling vapours.
  • Store the can in a cool, dry, frost-free environment.
  • Wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection during application.
