In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Clear Bonding for Visible Plastics

Würth Replast Easy Transparent Plastic Adhesive is a two-component polyurethane adhesive developed for applications where a clear, colourless bond is required. Its transparent finish makes it particularly suitable for use with polycarbonate, PMMA (acrylic glass/Plexiglas), and other transparent or coloured plastics, ensuring repairs remain unobtrusive.

Fast and Reliable Performance

With a 3-minute processing time, this adhesive allows quick and efficient repairs or fast attachment of plastic parts. It forms an elastic yet durable bond, making it suitable for components that require both strength and slight flexibility.

Optimised Mixing System

The specially designed positive mixer nozzle guarantees consistent mixing of the two adhesive components, even in small volumes, while minimising material wastage. This ensures reliable application and high-quality results every time.

Durability and Chemical Resistance

The cured adhesive offers outstanding chemical resistance, maintaining performance when exposed to a variety of chemicals. It withstands temperatures from -35°C to +90°C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Application Instructions

  1. Ensure the substrate is capable of bearing loads and is clean, dry, and free from grease, rust, and old adhesive residues.
  2. Prepare the adhesive by extruding and discarding a small quantity before attaching the mixer nozzle.
  3. Once the nozzle is fitted, dispense adhesive and discard the first 2 cm to ensure proper mixing.
  4. Keep the nozzle within the adhesive bead during application to reduce air bubble formation.
  5. Apply within a processing temperature range of 15°C to 25°C.
  6. Processing time is approximately 3 minutes at 23°C / 50% relative humidity.

Usage Notes:

  • Not suitable for PE, PP, or PTFE.
  • Adhesion may be affected by release agents or coatings present on some plastics. Test on an inconspicuous area before application.
  • Store at 23°C, away from direct sunlight.
  • Shelf life: 12 months from production when stored correctly.
