Description
Rapid Strength Development
Würth Repair Cement is a Portland/alumina cement-based formulation designed for rapid repairs and installations where speed and strength are critical. It solidifies within 3 minutes and achieves high flexural and compressive strength, allowing load-bearing within a short timeframe. After just one hour, the surface can be coated or painted, significantly reducing downtime on site.
Safe and Durable
Free from chloride, the cement is non-corrosive, making it suitable for use around metal fixings without risk of induced corrosion. With excellent mechanical strength and a non-flammable classification (A1), it ensures long-term durability and compliance with building standards.
Versatile Applications
This multipurpose repair compound is suitable for:
- Temporary and secondary fastenings.
- Anchoring doors, window frames, switchboards, flush-mounted boxes.
- Sealing seepage points in masonry, concrete, and cement pipes.
- Anchoring dowels, screws, masonry hooks, pipe clamps, and more.
Easy Handling
With a mixing ratio of 0.3L water per 1kg, it can be mixed quickly on site. Its working life is approx. 1 minute, and it must be applied immediately. Due to its speed of curing, careful preparation of the substrate and application area is recommended.
More Information
Application Instructions
- Ensure substrates are clean, solid, load-bearing, and non-sliop.
- Mix the cement with water at a ratio of 0.3L per 1kg.
- Stir quickly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Apply immediately - working life is approx. 1 minute at 20°C.
- Do not over-water and do not apply in a pourable state.
- Cement will set within 3 minutes; after approx 1 hour the surface may be plastered or coated.
- Protect fresh mortar from frost during curing.
Usage Notes
- Processing times are based on 20°C air and substrate temperature - cooler conditions extend setting time.
- Do not mix with other binders (e.g. gypsum).
- Ensure proper ventilation when working indoors.
- Store in a cool, dry place to maintain performance.
