In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Effective Leak Protection for Cooling Systems

Würth Radiator Sealant HP is a water-based cooling system additive formulated with microfine synthetic sealing particles that circulate with the coolant and lodge precisely at leakage points. It provides a reliable seal for hairline cracks, evaporation losses, and minor leaks in cylinder head gaskets, hoses, and other cooling system components.

Safe and Compatible

Unlike traditional sealants, the advanced formula does not impair dirt strainers, thermostats, or radiator channels, ensuring the cooling system continues to operate efficiently. It is compatible with all modern coolants and antifreeze formulations used in crossflow cooling systems.

Preventative and Corrective Use

The sealant can be added preventively during coolant replacement to safeguard against future leaks, or curatively to stop existing micro-leaks. This helps avoid overheating, coolant loss, and potential engine damage while extending the service life of the cooling system.

Application Instructions

  1. Ensure the engine is warm before application.
  2. Shake the can well and add the entire contents (150ml) directly to the cooling circuit. Only add to the expansion tank if coolant flows through it.
  3. Run the engine for at least 10 minutes, allowing the thermostat to open and heat to circulate through the system.
  4. Switch off the engine, check the coolant level, and top up if necessary.

Usage Notes

  • One can treats up to 10 litres of coolant.
  • Use preventively whenever antifreeze is changed.
  • Designed for sealing micro-leaks up to 0.1mm - not suitable for large cracks or severe system damage.
