Permanent Leak Protection for Cooling Systems

Würth Radiator Sealant is a glycol-based sealing additive designed to provide long-lasting protection against coolant leaks in systems without filter strainers. It works by circulating with the coolant and lodging in hairline cracks, porous areas, and small leakage points, forming a durable seal.

Protection Against Engine Damage

By preventing coolant loss, this sealant helps to maintain stable operating temperatures, reducing the risk of overheating, gasket damage, and costly repairs. It also protects the combustion chamber from coolant ingress.

Safe and Compatible

The formulation is carefully designed not to impair the materials typically used in radiator and cooling system construction. It is compatible with rubber hoses, plastic fittings, and metals, ensuring safe and reliable sealing.

Application-Specific

This product must not be used in systems with filter strainers, as the sealing particles could obstruct flow.

Application Instructions

  1. Shake the can well before use.
  2. Add the entire contents (300ml) directly into the warm cooling system.
  3. Open radiator valves and let the engine run for at least 10 minutes to circulate the sealant.
  4. After treatment, check the coolant level and system tightness.
  5. For trucks, maintain a maximum mixing ratio of 1:100.

  • Only for use in cooling systems without filter strainers.
  • Treats up to 10 litres of coolant in passenger vehicles.
  • Designed for hairline cracks and micro-leaks - not suitable for major structural damage.
