In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection. 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Most UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail, with larger items being sent with DPD.

Application Instructions

  1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free before application.
  2. Remove all remnants of old adhesive and/or PTFE tape from the platen.
  3. If operating temperatures exceed 130°C, gradually bring the newly covered surface up to full operating temperature over several hours.
  4. Allow the platen to cool before applying new tape - failure to do so may cause adhesion issues.
  5. Apply the tape with firm, even pressure to ensure full contact with the platen surface.

Usage Notes

  • Failure to follow the above instructions may result in adhesion failure (not a fault of the product).
  • Store in a cool, dry, shaded place at around 20°C with relative humidity between 45-70%.
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight.
