Application Instructions

  1. Attach the connection hose to the thread of the application gun and tighten with an open-ended spanner (size 19).
  2. Close the gun using the knurling/adjustment wheel.
  3. Connect the other end of the hose to the Bond 90 container valve and tighten securely with an open-ended spanner (size 16).
  4. Ensure the gun is closed by checking the trigger.
  5. Slowly and fully open the adhesive container valve and check for leaks.
  6. Open the gun using the adjustment wheel, press the trigger until adhesive flows and the system is filled.
  7. Perform test sprays on a sample surface and adjust the spray pattern using the wheel.
  8. After application, close the gun again using the adjustment wheel.

  • Use only with Würth Bond 90 Spray Adhesive.
  • Always wear gloves, protective goggles, and a respirator when spraying adhesives.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation in the working area.
  • Regularly clean the spray gun to maintain long-term performance.
