In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection. 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Description

Strong and Heat-Resistant Bonding

Würth Power Spray Glue Plus is a synthetic rubber-based contact adhesive formulated for high adhesive strength and durability. It is specifically designed to withstand elevated temperatures, with resistance up to 110°C, making it suitable for demanding applications in both automotive and industrial environments.

Versatile Applications

The adhesive is ideal for bonding fabric, polyether/polyester foam, foam rubber profiles, insulation materials, roof lining materials, leather, felt, and cardboard. It also adheres effectively to rubber, raw or coated metals, wood-based materials, polyester, and even PE film (such as moisture-protection sheeting inside vehicle doors). Its versatility makes it suitable for finishing work and linings, including car roof linings and other interior trim applications.

Precision Application Control

The spray head is adjustable in two positions (horizontal and vertical), with variable spray jet width. This ensures optimum control and adaptability across different tasks and substrates, providing precise coverage and economical use of material.

Clean, Transparent Curing

The adhesive cures to a transparent finish, ensuring a clean and colourless bond. This prevents staining or discolouration of bonded surfaces, particularly important when working with light-coloured or thin materials.

Application Instructions

  1. Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free from dust, grease, and contaminants.
  2. Shake can well before use.
  3. Spray both surfaces evenly from a distance of 15-25cm.
  4. For absorbent substrates, apply until the surface is saturated.
  5. Allow a flash-off time of 5-15 minutes, depending on temperature, material, and application conditions.
  6. Carefully align and press surfaces together firmly to achieve full bond strength.
  7. After use, invert the can and spray until the valve is clear to prevent nozzle blockage.

Usage Notes:

  • Apply within the processing temperature range of 0°C to 30°C.
  • Shelf life: 12 months from production when stored correctly.
  • Performance characteristics may vary depending on the testing method and substrate.
