Description

Protective Copper Coating

Würth Perfect Copper Spray is a satin-gloss coating that combines excellent surface appearance with long-term protective performance. Its nitrite combination resin formulation ensures strong adhesion, reliable coverage, and durable resistance against wear and abrasion.

Efficient Application

With a dry film thickness of approx. 36 µm achievable in the first spray pass, this spray saves time by requiring fewer coats to achieve full coverage. The adjustable spray head allows users to select between a wide spray for large surfaces or a narrower jet for repair and detailed work.

Durability and Resistance

The cured film offers a high degree of wear and running resistance, providing a lasting finish suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It also withstands temperatures up to +100 °C, making it suitable for general protective and decorative metal applications.

Versatile Uses

Ideal for both visual enhancement and corrosion protection, this copper spray can be used on steel and copper substrates in construction, maintenance, decorative work, and repair projects.

Limitations

Not suitable as a primer for PU, MS polymer, or hybrid sealing compounds. Always perform a compatibility test before recoating.

  7. Allow to cure fully - dust-dry in 6 minutes, grip strength in 17 minutes, full curing in 90 minutes (at recommended dry layer thickness).

Usage Notes
