Description
Outstanding Protection and Finish
Würth Perfect Aluminium Spray Matt is a premium-grade protective and decorative coating designed to deliver a high-quality, aluminium-coloured matt finish. With a single spray coat, the formula achieves a high layer thickness of approx. 50 µm, providing reliable long-term protection against corrosion and weathering.
Time-Efficient Application
Unlike traditional multi-step coatings, this spray requires just one work step to achieve effective coverage, saving valuable time while still delivering a professional result. Its fast-drying formulation ensures surfaces are dust-dry in as little as 20 minutes and fully cured within 8 hours under recommended conditions.
Versatile Use with Adjustable Spray Head
Equipped with a variable spray head, the product offers flexibility for both large-area applications and fine repair work. This adaptability allows for consistent, smooth application across various surfaces without excessive overspray or uneven build-up.
Durable Performance
The coating is highly resistant to abrasion and running, ensuring a strong, uniform finish even under demanding conditions. With a temperature resistance of up to 250°C, it is suitable for a wide range of industrial and maintenance applications.
Compatibility and Substrates
Würth Perfect Aluminium Spray Matt adheres reliably to a variety of substrates including wood, metal, cardboard, PMMA, polycarbonate, and polystyrene. However, it is not suitable as an adhesive base for PU, MS polymer, or hybrid sealing compounds. For optimal corrosion resistance on damaged areas, consider pairing with Würth Perfect Zinc Spray products, which provide cathodic protection.
