Description
Corrosion Protection
Würth Paint Spray Quattro provides a durable anti-rust coating that withstands even the toughest environmental influences. After extensive salt spray testing (500 hours), no surface rust was detected, confirming its long-lasting corrosion protection. It can also be applied directly over manually de-rusted surfaces, offering reliability for repair and restoration work.
Primer and Adhesion
This product functions as an all-in-one primer and lacquer, ensuring excellent adhesion across a wide variety of substrates. It can be applied directly to hardened old paint, factory-primed new parts, bare steel, zinc-plated steel, aluminium, GFRP parts, paintable plastics, and wood.
Lacquer Finish
The lacquer dries extremely quickly, providing high elasticity, impact resistance, and strong edge coverage. The satin silk-gloss finish is professional in appearance while delivering robust, long-term surface protection. Coverage is uniform and efficient, reducing application time and material consumption.
Professional Spray System
Supplied with a fan nozzle, Paint Spray Quattro allows for precise application with reduced overspray and operator fatigue. The special valve design ensures low-mist, metered spraying for consistent results.
Versatile Applications
Suitable for universal priming and coating tasks, typical uses include:
- Vehicles: containers, chassis, attachments, tractors, winter service vehicles.
- Machinery: agricultural and construction equipment, crane systems.
- Structures: canopies, railings, gates, lamp posts, transport frames, skips, marine structures.
- Surfaces: wood, plastics, GFRP, steel, aluminum, and factory-primed substrates.
