Description
Accelerated Adhesion for Faster Assembly
The Würth MS Universal Structural Adhesive is engineered for rapid bonding applications where fast processing times are essential. With its accelerated initial adhesion, the adhesive grips immediately, reducing or eliminating the need for clamps, braces, or supports.
Wide Adhesion Range
This MS-hybrid based adhesive demonstrates excellent adhesion across a broad spectrum of substrates, including metals, plastics, composites, natural stone, and wood. It even adheres to slightly moist surfaces, making it highly versatile for construction and manufacturing environments.
Eco-Safe and User-Friendly
Formulated without solvents, isocyanates, or phthalates, this adhesive is odourless and emission-free after curing. It provides a safe and clean working environment, ideal for enclosed or sensitive applications.
Elastic and Durable Bonding
The cured adhesive remains permanently elastic, accommodating thermal expansions, vibrations, and structural stresses without loss of adhesion. It offers UV resistance and excellent weather stability, ensuring reliable long-term performance both indoors and outdoors.
Paintability and Welding Compatibility
For finishing flexibility, Würth MS Universal Structural Adhesive can be painted wet-in-wet with most conventional coatings. In addition, panels bonded with the adhesive can be spot-welded, streamlining integration into industrial and automotive production processes.
Notice:
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, silicone rubber, or softened plastics.
- When bonding non-ferrous metals, the Würth adhesive table must be followed.
- A minimum adhesive thickness of 3mm is required for secure bonding performance.
- Not designed for long-term immersion in water.
