Description
Universal and Flexible Bonding Solution
Würth MS Premium Structural Adhesive is a high-performance MS-hybrid-based adhesive and sealant developed for universal use across multiple trades. With its unique hybrid formulation, it delivers strong adhesion without primer to a wide variety of substrates — from metals and plastics to glass, wood, and composites.
Elastic and Durable Performance
This adhesive remains stable yet permanently elastic, enabling it to absorb expansions, vibrations, and stresses without compromising bond strength. Its flexibility also makes it an ideal choice for joining dissimilar materials such as metals to plastics or glass to composites.
Paintable and Finishing Options
Unlike many adhesives, MS Premium can be painted wet-on-wet immediately after application or once skin has formed. It withstands short-term heat exposure up to 200°C, meaning bonded plates can be powder-coated and even spot-welded without affecting performance.
Safe and Reliable
The adhesive is non-corrosive, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and silicone-free, making it safer for both the user and the substrate. Once cured, it delivers long-lasting resistance to stresses, ensuring a dependable seal in professional applications.
Notes:
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, silicone rubber, or softened plastics.
- Not designed for long-term water immersion.
- When bonding non-ferrous metals, consult the adhesive compatibility table.
- Minimum adhesive thickness of 3mm is recommended to ensure secure bonding.
