In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Würth Metal Restorer is a high-performance, viscous grinding paste engineered for the deep cleaning and restoration of metal surfaces. Formulated with activated citric acid and natural aluminium oxide abrasives, it effectively removes stubborn contaminants such as rust, oxidation, verdigris, limescale, and boiler scale. The balanced formula provides reliable cleaning without causing unnecessary wear or surface damage.

Optimised Abrasive Action

The abrasive system is based on aluminium oxide particles with varying grain sizes. These particles are spherical in shape and rank 8 on the Mohs hardness scale, providing consistent cleaning strength while remaining gentle compared to harder minerals such as quartz or diamond. This ensures efficient polishing without scratching or compromising the surface integrity of sensitive metals.

Protective Surface Additives

In addition to cleaning power, the product incorporates moisturising protective additives. These agents reduce micro-scratching, leave behind a water-repellent surface, and significantly delay re-soiling, ensuring longer-lasting cleanliness and shine.

Food-Safe Certification

Würth Metal Restorer is NSF A1-registered (No. 135792) and fully compliant with USDA A1 requirements. It is safe for use in areas where food is stored or processed, such as commercial kitchens, food production facilities, canteens, abbatoirs, and food transport environments.

Versatile Application

The product is suitable for a wide range of metals including stainless steel, chrome, brass, copper, aluminium, ggold, and silver. It can also be used on glass and glass-ceramic surfaces for effectice removal of tempering colours. Its versatility makes it ideal for industrial, automotive, domestic, and professional catering sectors.

  • Avoid direct contact with food.
  • Do not use on anodised aluminium, galvanised, or painted surfaces.
  • For optimum results, pre-clean with Würth Stainless Steel Power Cleaner and finish with Würth Stainless Steel Care Oil.

Application Instructions

  1. Ensure the surface is free from loose dirt and grease before application.
  2. Shake the product well.
  3. Apply sparingly to the metal surface using a damp or wet sponge/cloth.
  4. Work in circular motions, treating the entire surface evenly.
  5. For heavier contamination, repeat as necessary.
  6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all residues.
  7. Dry and buff with a soft cloth for maximum shine.

  • Do not ingest.
  • Avoid eye and prolonged skin contact; rinse immediately if exposed.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
