Description
Durable Electrical Protection
Würth Kontakt SL Contact Protective Lacquer is a specialised insulating spray that provides long-term protection for electrical systems and components. It creates a transparent, glossy, and flexible film that prevents the formation of soft shorts and reduces the risk of short circuits in both high- and low-voltage applications.
Reliable Insulation and Sealing
Once applied, the lacquer forms a strong yet flexible protective layer that:
- Insulates wiring and connectors.
- Seals against water ingress.
- Prevents damage from diluted acids, bases, and corrosion.
- Protects delicate electrical systems from contamination and environmental factors.
Excellent Material Compatibility
The lacquer adheres effectively to common conductive and structural metals such as copper, brass, aluminum, chrome, and steel, ensuring versatile application across electrical and electronic assemblies.
Practical Application
The spray is transparent, ensuring that visual inspection of wiring and components remains possible after application.
