Description
Non-Drip Gel Adhesive
Würth Klebfix Gel Superglue is a high-viscosity, ethyl-cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for applications where controlled placement and run-proof bonding are essential. Its gel consistency allows for precise application on vertical or overhead surfaces without dripping, making it particularly suitable for assembly, repair, and construction tasks.
Fast and Durable Bonding
The adhesive cures rapidly - typically within 20 to 100 seconds, depending on the substrate - and delivers strong, durable bonds with a tensile strength of 2-15 N/mm^2 and a minimum shear resistance of 5 N/mm^2. With a gap-filling capacity of up to 0.25mm, it provides flexibility for uneven surfaces or small imperfections.
Wide Application Range
Klebfix Gel Superglue is particularly effective for:
- Bonding profile rubbers for wood and plastic windows.
- Mounting signs and displays.
- Fixing ruber seals.
- Repairing broken edges on plastics, wood, or composites.
- Its versatility makes it valuable across automotive, construction, and general reapair industries.
Reliable Performance
Once cured, Klebfix Gel provides strong resistance against ageing and maintains stability across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its gel-like nature makes it ideal for applications requiring both precision and strength.
Blooming Effect Consideration
As with all cyanoacrylates, excess application may cause a white deposit (blooming) near the bond line due to vapour curing. This can be removed with acetone, provided the substrate is solvent-resistant. To minimise blooming, apply sparingly, ensure adequate air humidity, and ventilate the working area.

Application Instructions
- Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and free of dust ror grease.
- Apply a thin, even layer of Klebfix Gel Superlglue to one surface only.
- Join the parts immediately and press firmly to achieve complete contact.
- Hold until initial curing occurs (20-100 seconds, depending on the material).
- Allow full curing before subjecting the bond to stress.
Usage Notes:
- Processing temperature: 5°C to 20°C.
- Max gap size: 0.25mm.
