In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Würth Klebfix Flex Superglue is a black cyanoacrylate adhesive formulated for applications that demand both strength and flexibility. Unlike conventional superglues, it is designed to withstand alternating thermal and mechanical loads without becoming brittle, making it ideal for high-stress bonding tasks.

The adhesive provides excellent impact and peel resistance, even under dynamic loading conditions. Its improved moisture and steam resistance make it more reliable in environments where humidity or water exposure could compromise standard cyanoacrylate bonds.

High Thermal Resistance

With a continuous temperature resistance of -55°C to 120°C and short-term resistance up to 140°C, Klebfix Flex is suitable for use in thermally demanding applications. This includes bonding electronic components on printed circuit boards that must endure soldering processes.

Blooming Effect Consideration

As with all cyanoacrylate adhesives, excess adhesive may cause a white deposit (blooming effect) around the bond line due to vapour curing. This can be removed with isopropyl alcohol or acetone, provided the substrate is solvent-resistant. To reduce blooming, apply sparingly, ensure adequate humidity, and provide good ventilation.

Application Instructions

  1. Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free.
  2. Apply a thin, even layer of Klebfix Flex Superglue to one surface only.
  3. Press the parts together immediately with firm pressure to ensure complete contact.
  4. Hold until the bond sets (typically within seconds).

Usage Notes:

  • Processing temperature: 10°C to 35°C.
  • Maximum gap: 0.15mm.
  • Best results achieved with thin, economical application.
  • Refer to the technical data sheet for substrate-specific pre-treatment recommendations.

  • Bonds skin and eyes instantly - wear gloves and goggles.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation during use.
  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.
