Advanced 2-Component Superglue

Würth Klebfix 2C Superglue is a transparent, flexible two-component cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for high-strength bonding, gap filling, and universal use across many materials. Its unique formulation combines the instant bonding speed of cyanoacrylate with the gap-filling and structural strength of a 2C system.

Superior Gap Filling and Precision

Unlike standard superglues, Klebfix 2C can fill adhesive gaps up to 6 mm with very low shrinkage. This makes it ideal for repairs, uneven joints, and applications where standard thin adhesives cannot perform. The gel-like consistency prevents running, enabling controlled application on vertical and overhead surfaces.

Durabiliy and Strength

After curing, the adhesive achieves an impressive tensile strength of 4–7 N/mm² and a load-bearing capacity of up to 75 kg/cm². It maintains performance across a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, with excellent resistance to petrol and diesel, making it highly suitable for demanding industrial, automotive, and mechanical applications.

Versatility and Practical Application

Supplied in a 10 g syringe or double cartridge system, Klebfix 2C is easy to handle without the need for additional equipment (in syringe format). The fine static mixer tips allow precise application directly to the bonding surface, ensuring reliable results even in delicate repair work.

Limitations

  • Not suitable for use in pure oxygen or highly oxygenated environments.

  • Permanent UV resistance not guaranteed - direct sunlight exposure may cause yellowing or cracks over time.
