Description
Permanent High-Strength Thread Retention
Würth High-Strength Threadlocker is a dimethacrylic ester-based anaerobic adhesive developed for critical threaded connections that must remain permanently locked. Once cured, connections can only be released by applying heat above 250 °C, ensuring maximum security against loosening.
Full Seal and Corrosion Protection
The threadlocker forms a 100% seal, preventing leaks, corrosion, and rust formation. By eliminating the need for additional mechanical retainers, it offers a cleaner, more efficient, and more reliable solution for long-term threaded fastening.
Engineered for High-Stress Applications
With excellent resistance to vibration, shock, and aggressive chemicals, this adhesive is ideally suited for use in the automotive, commercial vehicle, shipbuilding, toolmaking, mechanical engineering, engine construction, and electrical industries. It is effective on bolts, nuts, stud bolts, plugs, thread inserts, and bearings.
DOS Dispensing System EfficiencyS
Thanks to the Würth DOS system, users benefit from single-handed operation, continuously adjustable dispensing, and complete container emptying with virtually no waste. This reduces consumption, improves workflow, and minimises costs.
Safe for Drinking Water Applications
Certified under NSF/ANSI 61, this threadlocker is suitable for use in drinking water and service water systems, further expanding its application scope.
