In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Application Instructions

  1. Select the wax stick or combination of colours that best matches the surface.
  2. Use a plastic plane to remove a small quantity of wax.
  3. Apply the wax into the damaged area, ensuring it is fully filled.
  4. Remove any excess wax with the plastic plane.
  5. Reproduce the wood grain and pore structure using touch-up materials if necessary.
  6. Seal the repair with a clear varnish to protect the finish and improve durability.

Usage Notes

  • Only suitable for indoor applications.
  • Always follow the instructions included with the assortment pack.
  • Natural wood colour varies by origin, species, and treatment; perfect colour matching may require mixing multiple shades.
