In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection. 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Application Instructions

  1. Dilute 1 part cleaner to 80 parts water.
  2. Use the diluted solution in accordance with the extraction machine manufacturer's instructions.
  3. For pre-spotting, apply directly to stained areas before the main cleaning process.
  4. Always conduct a spot test on a small, inconspicuous area before large-scale cleaning.

Additional Notes:

  • This is a periodic professional cleaning product and is not suitable for frequent routine cleaning.
  • Do not use on sensitive fabrics such as wool or leather.
  • Over-concentration or incorrect cleaning techniques may cause damage.
