In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Supplied with a full set of quick-change pressure plates, this gun supports 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 ratios, making it compatible with a wide range of adhesives. Its flexibility makes it a single, universal solution for multiple Würth adhesive systems.

Strong and Ergonomic Construction

Built with a durable aluminium-plastic body and an epoxy-coated aluminium handle, the gun is engineered for long service life. The ergonomic handle design allows for comfortable handling, requiring minimal trigger pressure for smooth, consistent adhesive extrusion.

Application-Specific Design

This applicator is ideal for use with Powerbond Bodywork Adhesive (Art. No. 0893450100) and Methyl Methacrylate Adhesive MAK 38 (Art. No. 0893 580 250), as well as other low- to medium-viscosity adhesives. Its robust design and easy handling make it suitable for both automotive and construction applications.

Application Instructions

  1. Select the required pressure plate.
  2. Insert the plate into the gun using the rotating system - no tools required.
  3. Load the 225ml or 250ml double cartridge into the applicator.
  4. Attach a static mixing nozzle to the cartridge.
  5. Squeeze the trigger steadily to extrude adhesive at the correct ratio.
  6. Replace the cartridge or pressure plate as needed for different applications.
  7. Clean after use to maintain performance and extend service life.

Safety and Usage Notes

  • Use only with compatible double cartridges (225lml and 250ml).
  • Always wear protective gloves and eyewear when handling adhesives.
  • Ensure good ventilation during adhesive application.
