Application Instructions

  1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or contaminants.
  2. Substrate and ambient temperature should be at least 20°C.
  3. Wood moisture content should be uniform and not exceed 12%.
  4. Apply adhesive to one surface only using a brush, roller, or serrated glue spreader.
  5. Recommended spread rate: 150 g/m^2.
  6. Open assembly time: up to 30 minutes, depending on wood type and conditions.
  7. Position materials and apply pressure while adhesive is still wet.
  8. Minimum pressing pressure: 30 psi.
  9. Suitable for hot pressing, cold pressing, or RF curing.

Usage and Safety Notes

  • Do not use if wood moisture exceeds 12%.
  • Store between 5°C and 35°C; avoid freezing.
  • Shelf life: 12 months from production date when stored correctly.
  • The performance additive remains effective for only 24 hours once mixed.
