Powerful Cleaning with Zero VOCs

Würth Assembly Cleaner Parts Cleaner Liquid is a VOC-free, aqueous-based cold cleaner developed for use in the Würth Parts Cleaner washing system and pump spray bottles. It provides outstanding removal of oil, grease, and general workshop contaminants - while remaining environmentally responsible and safe for workplace use.

Eco-Friendly and Food-Safe

This cleaner meets the highest environmental and safety standards. It contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and is fully AOX-free. With over 95% biodegradability and NSF A1 registration, it's suitable for use in areas where cleanliness, safety, and sustainability are essential. Surfaces that contact food must be rinsed thoroughly with drinking water after cleaning.

Gentle Yet Effective on Materials

The pH-neutral, ester-based formulation is designed to protect sensitive materials during cleaning. It offers rapid separation in wastewater systems (per Austrian standard B5105), ensuring it remains safe for downstream processing. Temporary corrosion protection is also provided to safeguard metal parts between cleaning and reassembly.

Application Instructions

For Parts Cleaner System:

  1. Fill undiluted into the Würth Parts Cleaner Washing Device.
  2. Monitor and maintain the correct fill level.

For Pump Spray Bottle:

  1. Use undiluted.
  2. Spray generously onto parts to be cleaner.
  3. Allow the product to act depending on level of contamination.
  4. Wipe clean or rinse with fresh product.
  5. For stubborn dirt, use a brush or sponge to assist cleaning.

Rinse any surfaces that will contact food with potable water.
