Description

All-in-One Anaerobic Technology for Maximum Versatility

Würth Anaerobic All-in-One Adhesive is a multipurpose anaerobic compound that provides medium-strength bonding, sealing, and locking performance across various applications. Once confined between metal surfaces and deprived of air, it polymerises to form a tough, thermoset plastic with excellent resistance to mechanical stress, vibration, and chemical exposure.

Four Products in One

This single, high-performance adhesive replaces multiple specialised products by performing the following roles:

  • Thread Locker: Prevents loosening, vibration, and leaks in screws, studs, and fasteners up to M80.
  • Pipe and Thread Sealant: Provides immediate and permanent sealing of metallic pipes and fittings up to 3", with resistance to gas, water, oil, and other fluids.
  • Flange and Surface Sealant: Replaces conventiaonal gaskets, filling surface irregularities and preventing leaks up to 0.5mm gaps.
  • Bearing Retainer: Secures cylindrical assemblies such as bearings, bushings, and sleeves, enhancing component alignment and fatigue resistance.

Superior Resistance and Reliability

This adhesive exhibits high resistance to solvents, gases, oils, and fuels, ensuring dependable sealing under mechanical and thermal load. Its neutral curing chemistry prevents rust and corrosion within joints and threaded assemblies.

Certified for Professional and Industrial Use

Würth Anaerobic All-in-One Adhesive meets or exceeds major industry standards for safety and performance:

  • NSF Category / FDA P1 for indirect food contact.
  • ANSI / NSF Standard 61 for use in drinking water systems.
  • DVGW certification DIN EN 751-1) for gas pipe sealing.
  • KTW approval for plastics in contact with drinking water.

These certifications make it suitable for a wide range of applications in automotive repair, HVAC systems, process engineering, food industry equipment, and general machnical maintenanance.
