In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Premium Hand-Painted Finish

This Taigen 1:16 Tiger I is a superb example of Taigen's commitment to scale realism and build quality. Each tank is individually hand painted using acrylic paints, giving subtle colour variation, shading, and weathering effects that cannot be replicated by factory spray finishes. The result is a model that looks just as impressive on display as it does in action. A painted replica tank commander is also included, completing the authentic WWII appearance.

Authentic Tiger I Performance and Control

Built around Taigen's proven electronics platform, this model uses the RX18 control board, delivering smooth proportional throttle and steering. The tank can:

  • Drive forwards and backwards.e
  • Turn while stationary or moving.
  • Perform tight spins and "super spins".
  • Rotate and manoeuvre realistically just like the full size Tiger I.

The 2.4 GHz radio system offers excellent range (up to approximately 30 metres) and allows multiple tanks to operate in the same area without signal interference.

Airsoft Firing, Smoke, and Sound System

This later version Tiger I is equipped with a fully integrated 6mm airsoft BB firing system with a built-in safety switch. The gun can fire while the tank is moving, greatly enhancing realism during battles. Key features include:

  • BB firing range of up to 80ft.
  • 40 BB internal storage capacity.
  • Realistic barrel elevation (approx 20° above horizon).

To further enhance immersion the tank includes:

  • Working smoke generator producing exhaust smoke.
  • Advanced sound emulation system with engine start-up, running sounds, and firing effects.

Together, these systems create a convincing battlefield experience suitable for both solo operation and group battles.

Metal Construction and Durability

This model benefits from several important metal upgrades that improve both performance and longevity:

  • Strengthened metal chassis for added rigidity.
  • Steel 3:1 gearbox for smooth power delivery and reliability.
  • Metal gun barrel for improved scale accuracy and durability.

Combined with Taigen's solid suspension design, the tank is capable of tackling uneven terrain and climbing gradients of up to approximately 35°, depending on surface conditions.
