Allow paint to cool to ambient temperature — Allow several hours after washing before beginning application. Avoid applying to warm surfaces.

Work in shade — Apply Shield in a shaded location away from direct sunlight. Sunlight accelerates solvent evaporation and can compromise application uniformity.

Work in manageable sections — Apply to 2x2 ft sections rather than entire panels before buffing, ensuring even results and proper curing time.

Apply thinly and evenly — Using a soft cloth or applicator pad, apply Shield in thin, consistent layers. The 40% concentration is potent — light application is preferable to heavy coats.
