Weathered paint and used vehicles accumulate scratches, swirls, and oxidation requiring multi-step correction—compounds for cutting, polishes for gloss. S20 Black eliminates this progression through formulation delivering both cutting and finishing in a single stage, significantly reducing labour time and product consumption.

Minimal Dust for Cleaner Workflows

Traditional compounds generate substantial dust clouds during machine polishing, creating visibility challenges, cleanup work, and inhalation concerns. S20 Black's formulation dramatically reduces dust generation, improving work environment quality and reducing post-polishing cleanup requirements.

Hologram Prevention on Dark Paint

Application Instructions

Prepare the paint surface. Wash and dry thoroughly, then mask off trim, glass, and sensitive areas to protect from overspray.

Select appropriate machine polisher. Use either a high-speed rotary buffer or dual-action orbital machine with suitable speed and pressure controls.

Choose appropriate polishing pad. Recommended pads include SpiderPad Navy-Blue, SOFTouch-Waffle Pad, or orange/purple polishing pads based on machine type and desired results.

Apply S20 Black to the polishing pad. Dispense a small amount of compound directly onto the pad—avoid over-saturation.

Spread compound across a section. Using the machine at low speed, spread the compound evenly across 2–3 square feet without applying downward pressure.

Increase speed and apply cutting action. Once spread, increase machine speed to appropriate levels and apply moderate pressure for cutting action.

Work until defects diminish. Continue polishing until scratches and weathering fade and the finish develops high gloss, indicating cutting is complete.

Observe the gloss development. As you work, you'll notice the finish progressively transitioning from hazy cutting appearance to mirror-like gloss.

Wipe clean with a microfibre cloth. Remove excess compound residue to inspect results and confirm successful defect removal.

Clean the polishing pad between sections. Remove trapped compound to maintain optimal performance across all work areas.

Inspect results thoroughly. Check under bright light to confirm hologram-free, even gloss across the entire corrected surface.

Move to adjacent sections and repeat. Work systematically across the vehicle until complete paint correction is achieved
