Whether you are dealing with P1500 grit sanding marks on fresh paint or heavy oxidation on an older vehicle, this aggressive creme cuts through damage quickly. Unlike many retail products that use oils and fillers to temporarily hide scratches, this formula mechanically removes them. This leaves you with a truly flat, smooth surface that is ready for final polishing, ensuring the imperfections don't reappear after the first few washes.

Diminishing Abrasive Technology

What sets this cutting creme apart for both hobbyists and professionals is its use of diminishing abrasives. As you buff the surface, the abrasive particles gradually break down into smaller, finer pieces. Because it is a water-based emulsion, the product stays wet longer during the buffing process, reducing dust and mess. When the job is done, any remaining residue can be wiped away easily with a damp microfiber cloth, significantly reducing the time spent on post-compounding clean-up compared to traditional oil-based compounds.

Application Instructions

  1. Ensure the surface is clean and free of loose debris.
  2. Apply a 25mm dab of Ultra Cutting Creme to a 60cm x 60cm section.
  3. For the best results, use a high speed rotary buffer equipped with a Presta Black Wool Pad.
  4. Set the buffer speed between 1800 and 2200 RPM.
  5. Work the buffer slowly in a cross-hatch pattern (side-to-side, then front-to-back).
  6. Continue buffing until the product is mostly gone and a clear gloss begins to appear.
  7. Wipe the surface clean with a Presta Microfibre Cloth and inspect your progress.
  8. Follow up with Presta Ultra Polish to achieve a flawless, mirror-like finish
