Meguiars Wheel Brightener is a professional strength product and as such is a concentrated wheel cleaner which requires diluting depending on the task to hand. It can be cut as far as 10:1 on delicate alloys, with a normal dilution ratio of 4:1 for general purpose use. On especially bad or burnt on deposits it can be used at a 2:1 or even 1:1 ratio.

We wouldn't recommend using Meguiars Wheel Brightener though if the on polished aluminium finishes or alloy coatings are that are damaged. However on damage free lacquered wheels this makes truly is a great value and effective wheel cleaner.
