The ImagePerfect Seam Tack Tape is a high-performance, unsupported acrylic transfer adhesive developed for professional use in banner fabrication, signage, and textile finishing. It provides a strong, permanent bond between PVC-coated materials, offering a fast, clean, and reliable alternative to traditional liquid adhesives or heat welding methods.

Exceptional Adhesion and Cohesion

Formulated with a high-cohesion, pure acrylic adhesive, this tape maintains a stable bond even under flexing, tension, or environmental stress. It exhibits excellent plasticiser resistance, preventing adhesive softening or delamination when applied to PVC materials. Its long-term adhesion strength makes it ideal for interior signage, short-term outdoor displays, and textile assemblies.

Elastic, Conformable, and Durable

With a total thickness of 300µm, the adhesive layer provides enhanced elasticity and surface contact, conforming easily to irregular textures or folds. The tape remains stable under humidity and temperature changes, with an operating range from -40°C to 130°C.

Clean and Efficient Application

Supplied on a white polyethylene liner, ImagePerfect Seam Tack Tape offers excellent handling characteristics for manual or automated applications. The liner releases cleanly, allowing for precise alignment and positioning. For best results, the tape should be applied at room temperature and allowed to cure for 24 hours before mounting or tensioning the finished banner.
