Upgraded Brushless Power System

The PRO version of the Subaru WRX style drift car is equipped with a high-performance FSD 3300KV brushless motor, offering superior torque and much higher rotational speed compared to brushed motors. This system provides instant throttle response - critical for initiating and maintaining controlled drifts. The motor is paired with a Hobbywing 50A brushless ESC, featuring a dedicated cooling fan to prevent thermal overload under sustained drift operation. This ensures consistent power delivery and increased reliability during extended sessions.

High-Energy LiPo Battery Integration

To fully harness the performance capability of the brushless system, this model includes the Fullymax 7.4V 2500mAh LiPo battery, designed for high drain output and superior voltage stability. LiPo chemistry drastically reduces power sag under load, allowing for faster initiation of drift angles, stronger mid-corner throttle application, and increased runtime. This is a true performance upgrade over NiMH-equipped variants.

Competition-Ready Drivetrain and Handling

This RC car features a full-time 4-wheel drive system with and anodised aluminium central drive shaft for optimal strength-to-weight performance. The drivetrain uses front and rear differentials to distribute torque smoothly, improving stability when transitioning between drift angles. Combined with a slipper clutch, the car maintains consistent traction characteristics even under aggressive throttle inputs.

The chassis incorporates oil-filled aluminium shocks mounted to reinforced shock towers, providing the adjustability required for drift tuning. Suspension parameters such as camber, toe-in, and ride height can be precisely adjusted for different driving styles and surfaces. The solid aluminium upper chassis improves torsional stiffness, ensuring predictable handling and enhanced stability during high-speed direction changes.

Drift-Specific Tyres and Performance Components

Pre-mounted solid compound drift tyres offer low rolling resistance and controlled slip, allowing for smooth breakaway and stable sideways motion. Chrome-plated performance drift wheels add structural rigidity and contribute to the model's visual impact. The car also includes a large foam front bumper, offering essential impact absorption during misjudged drift angles or wall taps.

Waterproof Electronics and Reliable Radio System

Critical electronics - including the ESC, servo, and receiver - are waterproof, providing protection when running on damp or wet tarmac. The 2.4GHz FS radio system ensures consistent, interference-free control with fast response times, enabling fine throttle modulation and precise steering corrections.
