High-Strength Bucket Chassis and All-Terrain Design

The HSP Beetle features a lightweight yet durable bucket-style chassis designed to shield the electronics from dust, dirt, small stones, and debris. This enclosed structure reduces maintenance requirements and increases reliability during harsh off-road driving.

Complementing the chassis are oversized monster tyres and a generous 34mm ground clearance, giving the Beetle the ability to drive over obstacles that would stop a standard RC vehicle. Whether you're running on grass, dirt, gravel, or rough tracks, the Beetle's elevated stance and robust construction make it a highly capable off-road machine.

4WD Drivetrain with High Gear Ratio for Torque

The Beetle's full-time four-wheel drive system significantly enhances traction, especially on loose or uneven surfaces. Power is distributed efficiently to the front and rear wheels via a solid aluminium central driveshaft, and the vehicle includes working front and rear differentials for improved cornering stability and handling.

The high 1:10:3 gear ratio boosts torque output, allowing the Beetle to climb, push through rough terrain, and accelerate confidently.

RC 540 Motor with Proportional ESC

A high-torque 540 brushed motor provides strong acceleration and reliable performance. An integrated aluminium heat sink helps maintain optimal temperature during extended running sessions.

The motor is controlled by the HSP 03018 electronic speed controller, which delivers smooth, proportional throttle input for forward and reverse operation, giving full control at all speeds.

Eight Aluminium Oil-Filled Shocks

Each wheel features two oil-filled aluminium-capped shock absorbers, giving the Beetle exceptional suspension travel and damping capability.

The Beetle uses a wheel-type 2.4GHz transmitter, offering:
