This 1:16 scale M1A2 Abrams from Heng Long recreates one of the most recognisable modern main battle tanks in service. The sand-coloured finish reflects contemporary operational camouflage, while the accurate proportions, surface detailing, and commander figure give the model a strong visual presence both in motion and on display.

BB Firing Cannon with Recoil and Lighting Effects

The tank is equipped with an automatic airsoft BB firing system that shoots 6mm plastic BBs to a range of approximately 10 metres. Each shot triggers a hull recoil action, realistic cannon firing sound, and a flashing LED at the muzzle. The internal magazine can hold up to 60 BBs, allowing extended play before reloading.

Smoke Generator and Dual Channel Sound System

A built-in smoke generator produces visible exhaust smoke during operation, enhancing realism as the tank moves. The dual-channel sound system allows engine sounds to play continuously while cannon and machine-gun effects are heard simultaneously. Sound effects include:

Fully Proportional Drive and Realistic Suspension

Twin motors drive the tracks independently, delivering fully proportional forward and reverse speed control. This allows smooth turning, tight manoeuvres, and 360-degree pivot spins by driving one track forward and the other backward. The realistic suspension system and proper linked tracks help the tank handle uneven ground and climb gradients of up to approximately 35 degrees, depending on surface conditions.

Functional Turret and Gun Movement

The turret rotates smoothly through approximately 320 degrees, while the main gun elevates and depresses by around 20 degrees. Flashing LEDs on both the main gun and machine gun further enhance scale realism during firing sequences.

Long Runtime and Ready-to-Run Convenience

Powered by a 1800mAh Li-Ion rechargeable battery, the Abrams can run for up to 30 minutes per charge, depending on terrain and driving style. The model arrives fully assembled and pre-configured, making it quick and easy to get started.
