This 1:16 scale M1A2 Abrams from Heng Long recreates one of the most recognisable modern main battle tanks in service. The model features accurate proportions, a factory-applied camouflage paint scheme, and detailed mouldings that give it an imposing presence whether driving across terrain or displayed on a shelf.

Realistic Combat Effects - BB, Smoke, and Sound

The tank is equipped with an automatic airsoft BB cannon firing 6mm plastic BBs to a range of approximately 10 metres. Each shot triggers a hull recoil action, synchronised cannon sound, and LED muzzle flash for convincing realism.

A built-in smoke generator produces visible exhaust smoke during operation, while the dual-channel sound system reproduces lay audio effects including:

• Engine start-up and variable-speed engine sounds.
• Main gun firing sound.
• Machine-gun firing sound.

Because the sound system is dual-channel, firing effects can be heard clearly over the running engine noise, greatly enhancing immersion.

Advanced 2.4 GHz Radio Control

The included 2.4 GHz digital multi-channel radio system provides stable, responsive control with reduced interference and improved reliability compared to older FM systems. Multiple tanks can be operated in the same area without frequency conflicts. From the transmitter, you can control movement, turret rotation, gun elevation, firing, smoke, and sound functions.

Fully Proportional Drive and Realistic Suspension

Twin motors drive the tracks independently, allowing fully proportional speed control in both forward and reverse. This enables smooth steering, tight turns, and 360-degree pivot spins (one track forward, one track backward).

The realistic suspension system and proper linked tracks allow the tank to tackle uneven terrain and climb gradients of up to approximately 35 degrees, depending on surface conditions.

Functional Turret and Gun Movement

The turret rotates smoothly through approximately 320 degrees, while the main gun elevates and depresses by around 20 degrees. Flashing LEDs on both the main gun and machine gun add further scale realism during firing sequences.
