The polycarbonate body shell is highly detailed, finished with mounted accessories such as a jerry can, axe, shovel, and front/rear LED lighting. These additions give the crawler a rugged, expedition-ready aesthetic while maintaining durability and impact resistance.

Beneath the shell, the crawler features a precision-manufactured mechanical design that places it well above toy-grade alternatives. CNC-machined gears, steel steering and suspension components, and a rigid ladder-style steel frame ensure strength and reliability when tackling rough terrain, steep inclines, and technical crawling lines.

4WD System with Locked Differentials and CNC Driveline

The Crawler's 4WD designed for maximum low-speed torque and climbing capability,, CNC-machined shafts and gears offer superior reliability and smooth torque transfer. The front and rear metal lockers provide a fully locked differential setup, preventing wheel slip and maintaining stable traction on rocks, mud, loose gravel, and uneven surfaces.

This configuration, paired with the crawler-specific torque curve of the 550 motor, gives outstanding crawling precision and tyre bite - an essential characteristic of a competition-level crawler.

45-Degree Steering and Steel Linkages

The model's steering geometry allows up to 45 degrees of steering angle, delivering tight turning ability on rocky trails and technical obstacles. Complementing this is a high-torque 10kg metal-geared servo, mounted on the chassis for improved weight distribution and scale appearance.

Steel steering linkages provide excellent durability and rigidity, preventing flex under load. Alongside metal rod ends and hardened mounting points, the crawler offers precise steering response even under high articulation.

Advanced Suspension and Shock System

The suspension setup is engineered specifically for crawling:

The included Hobbywing 40A Crawler ESC provides precise throttle control, drag brake functionality, and smooth low-speed operation - ideal for technical crawling. The 7.2 V 2000 mAh Li-Ion hard-case battery mounts above the front axle for forward weight bias, improving tyre bite and climbing performance.
