The Dynam Hawker Hurricane is a faithful scale recreation of one of Britain's most important WWII fighter aircraft.

New-Generation 6-Axis Gyro Auto-Pilot System

This upgraded version is equipped with a Detrum MSR66A sport receiver incorporating a 6-axis MEMS gyro. The system continuously monitors pitch, roll, and yaw, automatically applying stabilisation corrections to maintain smooth, controlled flight.

Pilots can select between four flight modes:

• Gyro Off - full manual control for experienced pilots.
• Normal Mode - stabilised flight for general flying.
• Aerobatic Mode - reduced assistance for dynamic manoeuvres.
• Auto-Recovery (Auto Balance) - instantly returns the aircraft to level flight.

This versatility makes the Hurricane suitable for confident intermediate pilots while still providing safety support when needed.

Upgraded Detrum GAVIN-6A Transmitter

The included 6-channel Detrum GAVIN-6A transmitter uses a combination of DSSS and FHSS technology, offering excellent anti-interference performance and extended operating range. High-resolution control sticks with 4096-step precision ensure smooth, accurate control inputs. Additional features include digital trims, low-battery alarm, one-button mode switching, and selectable Mode 1 / Mode 2 operation.

Electric Retracts & Scale Flaps

A major highlight of this model is the electric retractable landing gear, controlled via the dedicated 5th channel. After take-off, the landing gear retracts smoothly into the fuselage, dramatically enhancing scale realism and reducing aerodynamic drag.

The aircraft is also fitted with additional flap servos, improving lift at low speeds and allowing more controlled take-offs and shorter landing approaches.

High-Performance Brushless Power System

Power is provided by a BM3720 KV600 brushless outrunner motor, paired with a 40A brushless ESC and a 14.8V 2200mAh Li-Po bayttery. This 4S setup delivers strong acceleration, high top speed, and ample power reserves for loops, rolls, and other classic warbird aerobatics. The power system is well matched to the airframe, offering thrilling performance without compromising stability.

Durable EPO Foam Construction with Scale Details

The airframe is constructed from high-quality EPO foam, chosen for its excellent balance of strength, flexibility, and light weight. This material absorbs impact energy more effectively than traditional foams, helping protect the model during hard landings.

Minor assembly is required before the first flight, typically taking around 45 minutes, after which the model is ready for action.
