Application Instructions

  1. Clean the chain thoroughly — Remove old lubricant, dirt, and grime with a degreaser. Allow the chain to dry completely before applying new lubricant.
  2. Apply liberally to the chain — Spray CRC Adhesive Lubricant evenly along the entire length of the chain whilst rotating the drive system slowly. Ensure the product penetrates into all links and contact points.
  3. Allow penetration time — Let the product soak for 5–10 minutes without rotating the equipment, allowing the thin liquid to flow deep into pins and bushings before the film sets.
  4. Wipe excess product — Use a clean cloth to gently remove excess lubricant from the outer surfaces. This reduces fling-off at speed and prevents excessive dirt attraction.
  5. Allow curing time — Wait 15–30 minutes before operating the equipment at speed, allowing the protective film to fully cure and adhere to all internal surfaces.
  6. Reapply as needed — Apply fresh lubricant every 1–2 weeks under normal conditions, or every few days in wet, muddy, or high-shock-load applications.
