In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is available on all purchase. Pickups are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00–17:00. 

An email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

We offer free Standard (2-3 Days) shipping on orders within the United Kingdom on orders over £100. Please note, some large items that require specialist courier companies, such as large mirrors and palleted items are excluded from this deal.

Application Instructions

How to Fit a Rucksack Properly:

  1. Loosen all straps before wearing, so the bag can be adjusted once on.
  2. Adjust the moveable ladder: Undo the velcro tab near the top of the rucksack between the shoulder straps and refasten after adjusting the hip straps.
  3. Position the hip strap correctly: For men - the top of the hip strap should align with the top of the hip bone. For women - the middle of the hip strap should align with the top of the hip bone.
  4. Tighten the hip straps: This secures the rucksack in place and ensures most of the weight is supported on your hips for comfort and efficiency.
  5. Once the hip straps are correctly positioned, tighten the shoulder straps for a secure and balanced fit.
