Ferrosol is formulated with unique molecules that respond to friction by bonding electrochemically to metal surfaces. Deep Penetration and Low Surface Tension

The low surface tension of Ferrosol allows it to migrate into extremely tight tolerances that standard lubricants cannot reach. This makes it an ideal solution for freeing components that have become seized or rusted together. Its penetrative properties are further utilised in complex machinery, such as injection mould ejector pins, where it prevents binding and reduces mechanical failure. By reaching the core of threaded unions and pivots, it ensures smooth articulation and eases the disassembly of weathered hardware.

Extreme Pressure Industrial Applications

Unlike conventional penetrative oils which often fail under heavy loads, Ferrosol is engineered for extreme pressure (EP) environments. It is suitable for lubricating industrial equipment including winches, chains, and load-bearing pivots. This heavy-duty capability also extends to metalworking tasks such as drilling, tapping, and reaming.
