It represents the most powerful duster in the Ambersil range, delivering a concentrated blast that is significantly more forceful than conventional compressed gas dusters. This extreme pressure is specifically designed to clear inaccessible areas where manual cleaning is impossible or where the use of liquid solvents is restricted. By instantly removing debris from PCB assemblies, gas burner s, and production line electronics, it prevents thermal build up and electrical tracking caused by particulate accumulation.

In alignment with modern environmental mandates, Air Duster Extreme utilises a high-performance liquefied gas with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of only 6. This ultra-low GWP ensures compliance with current climate-related regulations while maintaining the high pressure required for industrial cleaning tasks. The formulation is classified as non-flammable under directive 2008/47/EC, reducing the risk of ignition during maintenance procedures. Application Instructions

  1. Ensure the equipment or surface is ready for cleaning; if used on energised electrical equipment, ensure the ambient temperature is below 28°C.
  2. Do not shake the aerosol can before or during the application process.
  3. Hold the can in a fairly upright position; do not invert the can during use to avoid the discharge of liquid gas.
  4. Aim the nozzle or extension tube directly at the contamination to be removed.
  5. Depress the actuator in short bursts to maintain maximum pressure and prevent excessive cooling of the canister.
